I received the Google Analytics Certification in my Comm. 310 Digital Media Metrics class for my minor. We discussed clickstream data, comparative metrics, performance metrics, user surveys, and competitive intelligence. We also had lab-based hands-on activities. Gaining the Google Analytics Certification is a testament to my understanding and ability to analyze website data to make informed decisions.

I completed a digital ethics module as a part of my COMM 372 Digital PR course. Within the module, I gained insight into ethical principles and their relevance to digital media, data use, and online communication, referring to practical analysis and real-world cases.

I started working at Brian's Waffle House at 14, quickly moving to be a server by 15. At a young age, this role taught me communication, teamwork, time management, and customer service. I was entrusted to open the restaurant at 6:30 a.m., which pushed me to handle responsibility and be a source of reliability. I solved problems while maintaining professionalism, demonstrating adaptability and experience working directly with an array of people.
